2024 LABOUR WEEKEND 25% DISCOUNT PROMOTION

THE HIREPOOL TRADE-OFF 2023 T&CS 

ENTRY:

HIREPOOL HIGH BALL CHALLENGE 2023 T&CS 

ENTRY: 

• Only 1 entry per person is permitted.

PROMOTION PERIOD: 

• The promotion will be available for entry between the dates of 15/08/23 and 31/08/23.
• At the end of the promotion period 25 winners (participants) will be randomly selected for each event from all entries to take part in the High Ball Challenge promotion. The Northland Tradie High Ball Challenge will take place in Whangarei on September 8th 2023 and the Counties-Manuakau Tradie High Ball Challenge will take place in Pukekohe on September 21st 2023.

PROMOTION RULES

• The High Ball Challenge format will be run where all 25 participants will be required to catch balls at differing heights with the ball being dropped from a Telescopic boom. Participants will get three chances to catch the ball at each height. If after three attempts, a participant is unable to catch a ball before it touches the ground, they will be eliminated. The boom height will keep getting raised higher until one participant is remaining at that height. In the event of a tie at a specific height, participants will continue at that height until a successful catch is taken.

Hirepool HIGH BALL CHALLENGE 2022 T&CS 

ENTRY: 

• Only 1 entry per person is permitted.
• All entries MUST be submitted via the website highballcomp.co.nz
• The Promotion is open for Adults aged 18 years and up, New Zealand Residents only.

PROMOTION PERIOD: 

• The promotion will be available for entry between the dates of 17/08/22 and 28/08/22.
• At the end of the promotion period 25 winners (participants) will be randomly selected from all entries to take part in the High Ball Challenge promotion that will take place on 2^nd September 2022.

PROMOTION RULES

• The High Ball Challenge format will be run where all 25 participants will be required to catch balls at differing heights with the ball being dropped from a Telescopic boom. Participants will get three chances to catch the ball at each height. If after three attempts, a participant is unable to catch a ball before it touches the ground, they will be eliminated. The boom height will keep getting raised higher until one participant is remaining at that height. In the event of a tie at a specific height, participants will continue at that height until a successful catch is taken.

NOTIFYING WINNERS

• The participants will be first notified via phone on Monday 29 August 2022, if the participants cannot be contacted within 24hrs, another participant will be redrawn by Hirepool.
• Participants of the promotion must be available on the scheduled date of the promotion – Friday September 2^nd , 2022, 3pm to 5pm or the reserve day if required due to weather conditions. If the chosen participants are unavailable for the date provided - Hirepool then reserves the right to select another participant.

PRIZE CONDITIONS 

• The winner of the High Ball Challenge will be determined in the manner set out in the ‘Promotion Rules’ – as determined by the Promoter who shall for this purpose be deemed the judge (the ‘Judge’) The Judge’s determination of the Winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
• The promotion date planned for Friday 2^nd September,2022- will be maintained until Thursday 1^st September where a weather check/revision will be required by Hirepool. In the event of unfavourable weather conditions - participants will be issued a weather reserve day. Hirepool reserves the right to postpone competition dates based on circumstantial events of their choosing. 
• The prize for the winner of the High Ball Challenge consists of a $1000 Hirepool Voucher and $1000 Milwaukee Tool Pack for 1^st. A $250 Hirepool Voucher and $250 Milwaukee Tool Pack will be awarded for 2^nd and 3^rd
• All 25 participants will be provided with Hirepool Merch Pack valued at $50
