Promotion Overview

The Hirepool Ultimate Escape promotion gives eligible customers the opportunity to enter a draw to win one of five experience prizes.

To enter the promotion, customers must:

Make a qualifying hire from Hirepool during the promotional period

Visit www.hirepoolescape.co.nz

Complete the online entry form

Select which prize draw they wish to enter

Entrants may only select one prize category per entry.

Promotion Period

The promotion runs from MONDAY 16 MARCH to SUNDAY 31 MAY 2026.

Entries must be received before 11.59PM on SUNDAY 31 MAY 2026.

Hirepool reserves the right to amend or extend the promotional period at its discretion.

Eligibility

To be eligible to enter the promotion:

Entrants must be 18 years or older

Entrants must be New Zealand residents

Entrants must complete a qualifying hire with Hirepool during the promotional period

Entrants must complete the entry form via the promotion landing page

The promotion applies to Hirepool General Hire, Hirepool Vehicle Rentals, Hirepool Trench Shoring, Continental Event Hire and Hirepool Portables.

Employees, agents and suppliers of Hirepool Limited or any of its related companies are not eligible to enter the promotion.

Hirepool reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

Entry Conditions

Each qualifying hire contract may submit one entry into the promotion.

Entries must be completed via the official promotion website.

Entries must contain accurate and complete information.

Hirepool accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, lost or misdirected entries.

A “qualifying hire” is defined as a minimum $50 spend.

Prize Categories

There are five prizes available, with one winner drawn for each prize category.

Entrants must nominate which prize draw they wish to enter at the time of entry.

Once submitted, entries cannot be transferred between prize categories.

Prize Details

Bay of Islands Fishing Adventure

Prize includes:

Hosted fishing trip with Scott Parry and Mig Rumney from Fishing & Adventure.

Prize is for up to four (4) people including the winner.

Two (2) days fishing aboard the Holy Ship charter boat.

Three (3) nights accommodation at the Copthorne Hotel and Resort, Bay of Islands.

Prize includes:

Two (2) rounds of golf for four (4) people.

Play both the North Course and South Course at Te Arai Links.

One (1) night accommodation at Te Arai Links including breakfast.

$500 food and beverage voucher.

Return flights to Auckland, if required.

Rental vehicle for travel from Auckland to Te Arai Links.

Accommodation will be provided on a twin-share basis unless otherwise specified.

Rental vehicle collection will be from a designated Auckland location and may not be available for collection at Auckland Airport.

Drivers must be aged 25 years or older and hold a full and valid New Zealand driver licence.

Tee times are subject to course availability and cannot be guaranteed on specific dates.

Winners must allow sufficient travel time between Auckland and Te Arai Links.

No name changes to flights will be permitted once bookings have been confirmed.

New Zealand v Australia Corporate Box Experience

Prize includes:

Corporate box experience for fifteen (15) people at Eden Park for the New Zealand vs Australia on Saturday 10 October 2026.

Food and beverage package. Value set by Hirepool.

Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18.

Any damage to the corporate box or associated facilities, or any spending beyond the included dinner and beverage hospitality package, will be the responsibility of the winner.

If Hirepool Limited is charged by Eden Park or any hospitality provider for damage, additional food and beverage, or any other costs incurred by the winner or their guests, Hirepool reserves the right to recover those costs from the winner.

NRL Grand Final Experience

Prize includes:

Return flights for two (2) people from a New Zealand metro airport to Sydney.

Three (3) nights twin-share or equivalent accommodation in a four-star hotel.

Two (2) tickets to the NRL Grand Final at Accor Stadium, Homebush, Sydney scheduled for Sunday 4 October 2026.

Airport transfers and event transport may be required and will be confirmed at the time of prize booking.

No name changes to flights or tickets will be permitted once bookings have been confirmed.

Australian Open Tennis Experience

Prize includes:

Return flights for two (2) people from a New Zealand metro airport to Melbourne.

Three (3) nights twin-share or equivalent accommodation in a four-star hotel.

Tickets to the Australian Open across three (3) days

Tennis session dates will be determined by prize availability and cannot be selected by the winner.

Accommodation will be provided on a twin-share basis unless otherwise specified.

No name changes to flights or tickets will be permitted once bookings have been confirmed.

All prize values are approximate and based on recommended retail pricing at the time of publication.

Prize Conditions

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Prizes cannot be deferred or substituted.

If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Hirepool’s control, Hirepool reserves the right to substitute that element with an alternative of equal or greater value.

All travel and event experiences must be taken on dates specified by Hirepool.

Any additional expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. These may include but are not limited to:

Meals not included in the prize

Spending money

Additional travel costs

Insurance costs

Accommodation upgrades

Personal expenses

Travel Requirements

For prizes that include international travel:

Winners and travel companions must hold a valid passport.

Winners must be legally eligible to travel to and gain entry into Australia.

Any visa or travel documentation requirements are the responsibility of the winner.

Travel insurance is not included and is the responsibility of the winner.sc

Failure to meet travel requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Flight Requirements

Flights for international prizes will only be provided from Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch.

If a winner resides outside these departure airports, they will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from the nearest departure airport.

Due to airline scheduling, winners may be required to arrange overnight accommodation before or after flights at their own expense.

Driver Requirements

Where prizes include the use of a rental vehicle:

The winner or nominated driver must hold a current and valid New Zealand driver licence.

The winner or nominated driver must be at least 25 years of age.

The driver must meet the rental vehicle provider’s terms and conditions.

Insurance

Travel insurance, health insurance and any other form of insurance are not included in the prize.

Winners and their guests travel entirely at their own risk and are responsible for arranging any insurance they consider necessary.

Prize Draw

Winners will be selected by random draw conducted by Hirepool.

The prize draw will take place on or by WEDNESDAY 10 JUNE 2026.

Winners will be contacted using the contact details supplied in their entry.

If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) working days, Hirepool reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Event Changes

Hirepool is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of events or travel arrangements related to the prize.

If an event forming part of the prize is cancelled or postponed, Hirepool will work to determine a suitable alternative where possible, however this is not guaranteed.

Force Majeure

Hirepool will not be liable for any delay, cancellation or modification of the promotion or any prize due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Pandemics or public health events

Government restrictions

Airline disruptions

Event cancellations

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hirepool Limited and its related companies shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant or prize winner as a result of entering the promotion or accepting a prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree that Hirepool may use their name, photographs and video content for promotional purposes including but not limited to:

No additional compensation will be provided.

Privacy

Hirepool may verify entries and eligibility at any time and may request proof of identity, residency, hire transaction, or other relevant information.

If an entry is deemed invalid after a prize has been awarded, Hirepool reserves the right to withdraw the prize and redraw a winner.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

By entering the promotion, entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

The March Flash Sale consists of four separate 48-hour promotional windows:

2. Eligibility

To receive the 20% discount:

The hire contact must be created during the applicable 48-hour promotional period.

Or the customer must make a booking during the 48-hour sale window for a hire contract to be completed by 30 April 2026

The promotional code MARCHFLASH must be applied at checkout online or mentioned at time of booking in branch.

Bookings made outside the 48-hour sale windows are not eligible.

3. Discount Application

The promotion provides 20% off standard Hirepool retail hire rates.

The discount applies to eligible general hire equipment only.

Discount excludes hires through Hirepool Vehicle Rentals, Hirepool Portables and Continental Event Hire.

The discount applies to the hire charge only and does not apply to:

Fuel
Damage waiver
Consumables
Any additional service charges
The discount cannot be applied retrospectively.

4. Exclusions & Limitations

Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, special pricing agreement, negotiated rate, trade override, or discount.

If a customer’s contracted or agreed rate is already lower than the promotional rate, the lower rate will apply.

Discount stacking is not permitted.

Subject to equipment availability.

Hirepool reserves the right to exclude specific items or categories at its discretion.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Standard Hirepool booking, cancellation, and hire terms apply.

If a booking made under this promotion is cancelled and rebooked outside the promotional period, the discount will no longer apply.

Changes to booking dates must still fall within the permitted hire window (up to 30 April 2026).

6. General Conditions

Offer available at participating Hirepool branches nationwide.

2024 LABOUR WEEKEND 25% DISCOUNT PROMOTION

Customers receive a 25% discount using the voucher code LABOUR25.
The voucher code LABOUR25 can be used for multiple hires providing they meet the required conditions of use.
The voucher code LABOUR25 is valid for bookings from Monday 21st October to Monday 28th October, however,the hire period they are booking for needs to be between 7.00 am on 24th October and completed by 5.00 pm on 29th October.
25% discount will not be automatically applied to contracts - customers need to use the voucher code when booking online or mention to branch employees to receive a 25% discount.
25% discount is applicable to all equipment rental products under 1.8Tonne and excludes all price on application (POA) products.
Discount excludes hires through Hirepool Vehicle Rentals, Hirepool Portables and Continental Event Hire.

Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities (including any costs associated with delay, will be the sole responsibility of the Winner
The Winner and their travelling companion (if applicable) must travel together at all times. The Winner is responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest airport for flight departure and from their nearest airport to their residence upon returning to their home location.
